Students will also learn to assist each exercise through hands-on guidance, how and when to progress client programs and the language of teaching, using imagery and touch to communicate movement.

Mat Exercises from Core Intelligence to Traditional Repertoire
Learn Core Intelligence Protocol to introduce your new clients to the basic alignment and strength concepts of the body via basic mat exercises. This section covers the latest sciences in core stability techniques and the transitions from mat to equipment, so that students learn to move with the required strength, flexibility and freedom first to prepare for equipment use with resistance. Mat exercise repertoire will permit you to lead group classes and offer workout options for your clients at any level of proficiency. This repertoire of knowledge incorporates suitable material for pre and post maternity and backcare!

Clinically Oriented
This integrated section in the form of labs prepares teachers for developing safe and therapeutic programs for clients during or post rehabilitation. This includes common problems related to poor alignment, common alignment problems of the spine, as well as foot, knee and hip injuries.

Dance and Sports Injury Prevention
Learn the anatomical requirements for appropriate movement biomechanics and the most common muscle imbalances that occur from incorrect technique. With this knowledge, most common dance and athletic injuries can be avoided. You can help build a corrective program to help clients prevent injuries and learn to work more effectively with their bodies and optimize their performance potential.

Posture Analysis and Trouble-Shooting
Learn a step-by-step process assessing where a client may need more strength or greater range of motion. This enables you to efficiently coach the client into optimal postural habits. Improve posture and alignment instantly by learningto prepare the environment according to the client's needs.

Functional Anatomy and Movement Biomechanics
This section is introduced and supported visually on a 3-dimensional level by combination of lecture, lab and Primal Picture Technology. Understand the importance of form, alignment and efficiency of movement and the connection between breathing, posture and alignment. Learn the principles of muscle testing for assessment of strength vs. length imbalances resulting in the ability to adapt an exercise and maximize movement efficiency of specific muscle systems.
