LBDC is a true sanctuary for those in pursuit of a better body, whether it is improving strength and flexibility or reclaiming your body after an injury. The expertly trained staff will assist and encourage you to reach your goals at your own level and pace. Long Beach Dance Conditioning Studio is a fully equipped Pilates facility, using state of the art Balanced Body Pilates equipment as well as the Gyrotonic Expansion System®.
