Our Location



Ilyse Brawer began her affiliation with Long Beach Dance Conditioning as a client in 1995. Her enthusiasm with the work at LBDC led her to complete the Advances in Pilates Technique Certification course by Marie-José at the LBDC Academy of Movement in 1996.
Ilyse has been on staff there since 1997, conducting Mat and Equipment classes, overseeing open studio sessions, and working privately with clients. By working closely with Marie-José, and attending numerous workshops by renowned master teachers related to her work, Ilyse has fine-tuned and advanced her skills in the field. As such, Ilyse was recruited onto the faculty of the Long Beach Dance Conditioning Teacher Training Certification Course in 2001. She is certified through the advanced level
