Marie-Jose Blom will be teaching a Conference Workshop titled : On Solid Ground
On Solid Ground reinforces and applies "the new principles of Human Movement" (Philip Beach) to the technique and repertoire of the Pilates Jumpboard. The emphasis is on full foot ground control and autonomic Core Ability Training thru "barefoot technology".
To deliver this technique via the Jumpboard profoundly unites the body and puts the client "back on the feet"
