Understanding the passion that drives Pilates practitioners to nurture and develop clients is only the beginning of what makes the people who work at Long Beach Dance Conditioning unique. Our curriculum emphasizes the principles underlying each exercise so that you achieve an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience in your training. Our programs are designed to develop thoughtful, creative and successful Pilates teachers who are trained to maximize their specific technical and personal abilities. The center offers a full range of Pilates instructor training programs, including Mat classes, Reformer classes or Pilates personal training sessions on the Reformer, Trap Table, and Chair and Barrels. Regardless of the training focus or scope, we have the people and the resources you need to succeed. |
