Long Beach Dance Conditioning (LBDC) is a place where teaching is an art and your body transforms.

The environment and ambiance at our studio reflects and supports the importance of mind body connection. This focus assists in the mastery of our teaching goals. Long Beach Dance Conditioning incorporates two unique approaches to body conditioning:

  • Pilates
  • GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®

Daily check-in begins at 8:30am with the course starting promptly at 9:00am and concluding at 6:00pm. The day will also include a 40-minute lunch period and 2 ten  minute break periods. The exact times will be determined each day.

    • Advanced Abdominal Stretch Series

Agenda Day 4:

  • Review LAB
  • Practice and Teaching Skill Advanced Abdominal Series (Tower)

Agenda Day 5:

  • Group Reformer Class - Level Advanced
  • Choreography and Class Composition - Level Advanced
  • Written Comprehension Test
